Abstract: The article explores neurotechnologies, gives their definition, provides their classification and objective grounds for implementation. The author of the article, thinking prospectively, assesses the legal and ethical risks in the work of an investigator, interrogator with neuroimplants. The author of the article believes that the use of neotechnologies is a promising direction for solving the problems of investigators, interrogators, whose workload is excessive. This reduces the quality of crime investigation.
