Abstract: Remote sensing satellites provide a vast amount of data for the monitoring and observation of Earth's surface. For this data to be usable in subsequent applications, easy-to-use and automated tools are needed for its processing. We present Earth Observation Data Information Extractor (EODIE), a toolkit for extracting object-level time-series information from multispectral satellite remote sensing data with output ready for subsequent applications. EODIE's modular design enables adjustability to end-user requirements with the possibility to exchange and add modules for flexible processing in different computing environments. With EODIE, raster remote sensing data can be processed to object level array, geotiff or statistics information of 17 different (vegetation) indices or plain wavelength intervals.
