Abstract: The IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) Students and Young Professionals (S&YP) is a sub-group within the largest IEEE PELS community that supports and promotes S&YP who are interested in the field of power electronics. PELS S&YP is an excellent platform that provides resources and networking opportunities for S&YP, it offers many activities, such as conferences, webinars, and workshops.
