Additional file 4 of Can-Seq: a PCR and DNA sequencing strategy for identifying new alleles of known and candidate genes
Year: 2020
Type: dataset
Abstract: Additional file 4: Table S4. Homozygous candidate mutations in root-to-shoot transmission of PTGS (rtp) mutants identified by Can-Seq. The 40 rtp mutants included in this study are listed in numerical order from left to right (EMS#11 to EMS#193). A blue background indicates mutants that do not carry a homozygous candidate mutation for the rtp phenotype, a red background indicates multiple homozygous candidate mutations were detected in a rtp mutant, a yellow background indicates a single homozygous candidate mutation was detected in a rtp mutant, and purple indicates a homozygous candidate mutation was detected in a rtp mutant but genetic mapping showed the candidate mutation was not closely linked to the causative mutation.
