A Visual, In‐Expensive, and Wireless Capillary Rheometer for Characterizing Wholly‐Cellular Bioinks (Small 17/2024)
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Rheological Measurements In article number 2304778, Mark A. Skylar-Scott and co-workers presented a Visual, In-Expensive (∼$200), and Wireless Rheometer (VIEWR) manufactured from 3D printing and off-the-shelf components and demonstrated its applications in a fully cellular bioink consisting of human iPSC aggregates. The results elucidate the morphological origin of the aggregate ink's intricate viscoelastic and yield-stress rheology under bioprinting flow conditions.
