Abstract: Covid-19 affected every industry, especially education; it was the only sector that went fully online. This study examines lecturers' perceptions towards online learning post-Covid-19, at the English Department of Borj Bou Arreridj University. A semi-structured interview was conducted with nine English lecturers to explore their perspectives and attitudes toward online learning. The results of this research show that most lecturers have a negative attitude toward online learning during post-Covid-19 and prefer the traditional way of teaching and, learning. They believe that face-to-face interaction is better than online learning because online learning is inconvenient and less effective for both lecturers and students.
