Abstract: stas the domain of four dimensional Nörlund mean N st in the spaces Mu, Cp, C bp , Cr, Lp respectively.Here certain topological properties of these spaces are examined along with characterization of RH -regularity of the Nörlund mean.The α-, β (ν) -for ν = {p, bp, r} and γ-duals are determined and matrix transformation also considered.
