Abstract: This research aims to determine the impact of implementing a STEM-based PBL learning model in improving students' creative thinking abilities. The research method used is quantitative with a Pre-test and Post-test Nonequivalent Control Group design. The research population involved all class VII students at Darut Tauhid Middle School, totaling 44 students. The research sample consisted of 22 students from class VII A as the control class and 22 from class VII B as the experimental class. The research results show that implementing student learning and activities using the STEM-based PBL model is considered good and effective in accordance with the objectives. The data obtained showed normal and homogeneous results. The Independent Sample T-test significantly influences students' creative thinking abilities when using the STEM-based PBL model compared to conventional learning models. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the creative thinking abilities of students who use the STEM-based PBL model compared to students who follow the conventional learning model in social arithmetic material at Darut Tauhid Middle School, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
