Theoretical and Empirical Aspects of Determining the Content of the Concept “the Readiness of Future High School Teachers for Pedagogical Creativity”

Abstract: The article is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of the phenomenon of creativity, which is the subject of interdisciplinary study of the social and humanitarian sciences. The authors emphasize that the content of a concept is not determined by its term (name), but is revealed by means of a definition. In the course of the research, it was established that the definition is a certain final stage in the development of a concept and solves the following cognitive tasks: it reveals the meaning of the concept and separates it from other related concepts. The article presents the results of studying the theoretical developments of domestic and foreign scientists in order to define the concept of creativity. The theoretical aspects of the concept of creativity in philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical dimensions are revealed. The researchers proposed a meaningful model of the readiness of future teachers of a higher school for pedagogical creativity based on theoretical and empirical aspects.
