Plasma Proteomics as a Systemic Monitoring Approach in NSCLC Immunotherapy: Comparative Analysis with ctDNA

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Background: Real-time, minimally invasive monitoring is critical for optimizing immunotherapy responses in oncology. While circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) provides direct molecular assessment of tumor burden, plasma proteomics offers complementary systemic insights into tumor biology, immune activation, and tissue damage. We compared plasma proteomic signatures with ctDNA for monitoring response in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
