Abstract: Few questions about unknown incunabula edition of Czech translation of Petrarca’s Encyclopedia 1494. -- This article reveals the existence of the first, so far unknown edition of Czech translation of Petrarca’s encyclopedia of ancient wisdom De remediis utriusque fortunae. This edition was published 1494 in Prague. Book was translated by Řehoř Hrubý z Jelení. Not a single copy was preserved till present days. The single testimony of its existence is based on auction item in auction catalogue of Prague publisher and bookseller Jan Herrl from the years 1793-1818. Only the second edition published in Prague 1501 is preserved in several copies. -- ISBN 978-80-260-3820-7.
