Year: 2006
Type: preprint
Abstract: The purpose of this symposium is to examine groundwater management laws, institutions, and practices and to inquire whether groundwater management is working. The primary focus is groundwater management in Kansas, and we do this with a number of papers prepared by knowledgeable professionals from Kansas and from locations outside Kansas, including groundwater experts from India and Texas, and a scholar of the law of groundwater on American Indian Reservations.
