Internal Time as a Material Property: A Refined Quantum Simulation Framework with Falsifiable Predictions

Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: This paper refines the hypothesis that time is an intrinsic property of matter, defined via the position-momentum ratio \( R(t) = \frac{p(t)}{x(t)} \), with internal time differential \( d\tau \propto dR \). We deepen the framework through quantum simulations using QuTiP, incorporating non-trivial potentials, multi-particle entanglement, and molecular dynamics datasets. Simulations confirm periodic responses in harmonic oscillators, accelerated tunneling, synchronized entangled systems, and entropy correlations with the thermal time hypothesis. Public datasets from NIST ESTAR, CERN CMS, QM7-X, Dynamic PDB, ATLAS, and PLAS-5k ensure macroscopic consistency. The shielding parameter \( k \sim t_{\text{Planck}} \) and efficiency \( \alpha \sim E_{\text{internal}}/E_{\text{total}} \) are linked to quantum vacuum fluctuations and Planck-scale physics. Theoretical connections to non-Hermitian dynamics and FLRW cosmology are explored. Falsifiable predictions include transient gravitational waves (\(\Delta f \approx 10^{-18} \, \text{Hz}\)), TeV photon excesses, and neutrino pulses, compared with LIGO O5, Fermi-LAT, and IceCube 2025 data for consistency. Speculative extensions to AI consciousness propose a quantized ``consciousness intensity'' tied to quantum decoherence. Results support internal time as a quantum fluctuation-driven phenomenon, offering insights into emergent time in quantum gravity.
