Abstract: In short, the field of community and participatory communication is shaped by the ongoing dialogue between practice and academic analysis, with the aim of systematizing and valuing the wealth of experiences, knowledge, and methodologies that emerge from the exercise of the rights to communication and culture. The objective of this call for papers has been precisely to foster a space for dialogue within the academic sphere that allows us to move toward a pluralistic, situated, and transformative understanding.
