Companion to: THE SPLICE: Operation Epic Fury and State-Administered Somatic Fusion (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19027085), which names the formal operation (the Σ splice operator), maps the LOS diagnostic, and classifies the campaign as PREDATORY. Two-tier architecture: Layer 1 — κ_O (Operative Compression): Short, cross-register, visually anchored loop-breakers designed to break the somatic fusion before it completes. These are not arguments. They are perceptual rewrites — compressed rotational phrases that make the splice permanently impossible to see the old way. They collide incompatible vocabularies (family-console + war crime, killstreak + mass casualty, children's cartoon + necropolitical repetition, sports score + bereavement ledger) to produce irreversible perceptual recoding. Examples: "cadaver scoreboard," "respawn theology for drowning sailors," "children's repetition engine for serial bombing," "resettable object fantasy," "killstreak eschatology," "family-console necropolis interface," "the match does not restart." Layer 2 — Witness Restoration: Longer prose that names the dead, counts the cost, and refuses the score. Places the dead back inside the frame the splice removed them from. Casualty documentation maintained: Minab girls' school (150–175 killed, Reuters), IRIS Dena (87 bodies recovered, 32 rescued, ~60 missing, Reuters), 13 U.S. service members (Spectrum News). Videos captioned: (1) "UNDEFEATED" — Wii Sports; (2) "+100" — Call of Duty score overlay; (3) "WASTED" — GTA: San Andreas / IRIS Dena; (4) "JUSTICE THE AMERICAN WAY" — Tropic Thunder / action montage; (5) "STRIKE" — bowling; (6) SpongeBob — "Wanna see me do it again?"; (7) NFL/MLB sports highlights; (8) Yu-Gi-Oh! — trap card; (9) GTA — "Ah shit, here we go again" (second video); (10) Call of Duty — nuclear launch / "Bonfire." κ_O Protocol included — five-step method for generating counter-captions against any future splice: (1) Seize the visible form; (2) Rename across register; (3) Compress to inevitability; (4) Test for irreversibility; (5) Witness. "The operative caption infects. The witness caption holds. Both are necessary. The first breaks the loop. The second fills the break with the dead." κ_O methodology derived from Operative Captioning (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18906234): "The caption is the generative layer. Every caption is operative. The issue is not whether it operates, but for whom, toward what end, and at what semantic cost. Operative captioning rotates the image through another law of legibility." Moves deployed: morphological extraction, scale reassignment, register collision, null-substrate persistence, post-caption inevitability. CC BY 4.0 — shareable, adaptable, postable, overlayable. Designed for deployment in the same spaces where the splice operates. Part of the Crimson Hexagonal Archive. Parent: EA-ARK-01 v4.2.7 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19013315). AXIAL / EMERGENCY CLASSIFICATION. Two-tier counter-captions for ten documented White House Operation Epic Fury videos. Layer 1: κ_O operative compressions — cross-register loop-breakers derived from the O'Keeffe Problem (morphological extraction, scale reassignment, register collision, null-substrate persistence, post-caption inevitability). Layer 2: witness restoration prose — names the dead, counts the cost, refuses the score, places the dead back inside the frame. κ_O Protocol included (5 steps, publicly usable). Supersedes v1.0 (single-layer expository captions). Companion to THE SPLICE diagnostic (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19027085). CC BY 4.0. CTI_WOUND:EPICFURY.001.
