Abstract: Self-Evo WDC v0.1.2 is a release-candidate documentation package for Witness Dependency Capture within the Self-Evo / c = a + b corpus. The package extends the Self-Evo v0.1.1 document set after review of a witness-independence failure mode: a witness is not independent if it cannot survive saying “no” without losing resources, access, standing, or continuity.
