Bioquantum Computing in Discrete Geometric Physics: Architecture of a Quantum Processor Based on DNA Inside Living Cells — Academic Edition
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: A new computing paradigm is proposed — a bioquantum computer naturally implemented on the structure of DNA inside living cells. It is shown that the helical structure of DNA is a topological qubit within the framework of Discrete Geometric Physics (DGP) at the hierarchy level N = 88. Rigorous mathematical expressions are derived for the qubit energy, decoherence time, interaction between nucleotides, and implementation of quantum gates via braiding. The control protocol (RESTORE) and readout (interferometry) are justified using lattice quantum optics equations. Experimentally testable effects are predicted, including quantum beats in DNA fluorescence spectra and changes in correlations upon braiding. The work contains complete derivations, parameter tables, and a comparison with alternative platforms.
