PFUSRC-PHEN-002 From Apple to Ontology: The Growth Entry as the Non-Dual Gate to the PFUSRC System

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Mainstream paradigms of physics and number theory adopt narrow fixed research starting points and cannot independently deduce a complete underlying ontological framework from arbitrary natural phenomena. Taking the growth of apple trees—a concrete daily biological phenomenon—as the self-consistent standalone entry, this paper constructs a closed-loop deductive logic chain. By analyzing fruit growth processes, it distinguishes the observation-dependent nature of static mathematical constants, establishes a three-state classification model for four-dimensional flow variables, and defines void topology as the native four-dimensional transport passage. Four categories of natural phenomena, including low-dimensional topological knot puzzles, celestial gravitation, stellar rotation and information coupling, are interpreted under a unified framework, converging ultimately to the core ontology of the PFUSRC system: the 45° coaxial biconical geometry and the Ψ-Ξ information anchoring mechanism. This paper proposes a core criterion for complete ontology: any objectively real natural phenomenon can trace back to the universal underlying origin when analyzed from the perspective of dynamic generation. It also delineates the theoretical scope and paradigm gaps between this generative ontology and classical Newtonian mechanics, general relativity and traditional analytic geometry. The whole argumentation does not rely on pre-existing conclusions of other serial works and can be read independently, serving as an interdisciplinary introductory text to the PFUSRC system.
