Abstract: This record contains the complete questionnaires used in the experimental study on LLM-assisted evidence extraction in cyber forensics. The materials include the subject perception questionnaire and an adapted task load questionnaire based on the NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX). All questionnaire items were administered using a 5-point Likert scale.
