Abstract: Background: The introduction of computer-guided dynamic navigation systems in implant dentistry has improved surgical accuracy, safety, and prosthetic predictability. These technologies enable prosthetically driven implant placement while minimizing surgical trauma, particularly in complex cases requiring posterior maxillary support such as pterygoid implants.Materials and Methods: A 63-year-old female patient with multiple missing maxillary and mandibular teeth presented seeking fixed full-arch rehabilitation. Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, including cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and intraoral scanning, was performed. Virtual implant planning was completed using a dynamic navigation system to determine optimal implant positioning. Implants were placed in both arches following a fully digital workflow, including placement of a posterior pterygoid implant to enhance posterior support and avoid extensive grafting. Conventional loading was carried out after three months of healing.Result: Implant placement was precise and minimally invasive with good primary stability. Postoperative healing was uneventful, and successful osseointegration was achieved. The prosthetic rehabilitation provided satisfactory functional and esthetic outcomes, with improved stability and support from the pterygoid implant. Conclusion: Dynamic navigation-assisted implant placement combined with a digital workflow enables accurate, predictable, and efficient full-arch rehabilitation. This approach enhances surgical precision, reduces trauma, and facilitates prosthetically guided implant positioning, even in complex cases requiring pterygoid implants.
