Abstract: Sciatica is the one of the most disability disorder affecting more people leading to burning or tingling down the leg, weakness, numbness, or difficulty moving the leg or foot, in some cases loss of bladder or bowel control and can restrain activity, reduce work capacity and diminish quality of life also. Sciatica is a symptom not a disease. Sciatica is caused by irritation of the root soft the lower lumbar and lumbosacral spine. It mostly affected on one side of leg with local pain sharp knife or needle like shooting pain, numbness, weakness of lower limb, stinging sensation. Conclusion: Sciatica is a symptom not a disease. Sciatica is caused by Out 30 cases, 10 cases Markedly improved and 17 cases Moderately improved and 3 cases not improved.
