Abstract: This repository contains the R statistical analysis code, processed analysis-ready flow cytometry data, and rendered statistical report accompanying the manuscript Heterogeneity in cell-cycle dynamics of synthetic mRNA-induced β-cell proliferation. The repository includes the processed Excel data used as input for the statistical analyses, together with R code for data processing, visualization, linear mixed-effects modelling, model diagnostics, detailed results of pairwise comparisons, and generation of the statistical report. Original raw data underlying the findings reported in the manuscript will be shared by the lead contact upon reasonable request.
