Abstract: The article examines the formation of the anti-crisis potential of agricultural enterprises, taking into account the industry specifics and extreme challenges of wartime. Modern approaches of scientists to determining the essence of anti-crisis management, its functions, structure and role in the management system of agricultural enterprises are analyzed. It is revealed that classical theoretical constructions, focused mainly on financial and economic indicators, are insufficiently adapted to the realities of the agricultural sector. It is established that military aggression caused the physical destruction of production facilities, the occupation of land, the blocking of logistics routes and a shortage of personnel, which radically changes the conditions of the functioning of farmers and requires a revision of established approaches to assessing anti-crisis capacity. A model for assessing anti-crisis potential in the form of a function that integrates seven resource factors and four external conditions, taking into account the corrective functions of military influence, is proposed. The feasibility of using the multiplicative part to reflect the complementarity of factors and the additive part to take into account their autonomous criticality is substantiated. The model is tested on data from agricultural enterprises in Vinnytsia region. The integral indicator of anti-crisis readiness is calculated, indicating the average level of enterprises' ability to withstand crisis phenomena. The critical impact of human resources and socio-economic ties on the overall level of potential is established, which reflects the nationwide problems of labor shortage and the destruction of logistics chains. Practical directions for increasing anti-crisis readiness are outlined, in particular, automation of production, diversification of sales markets, development of short supply chains and digitalization of management processes. The results of the study can be used by managers of agricultural enterprises to diagnose their own vulnerabilities, justify management decisions in crisis situations and form post-war recovery strategies
