ELVIS Complete International Space Station Recordings

Abstract: This dataset contains raw holograms from digital holographic microscopy (DHM) recordings of samples flown on the International Space Station in May to June, 2025. Datasets are named according to YYYYMMDD_Time, with Time in Pacific Standard Time. Samples included Euglena gracilis (first day only); all others were samples of the marine psychrophile Colwellia psychrerythraea at different densities. "Guide to datasets and their utility for analysis of Colwellia motility and Brownian motion.png" gives a guide to the samples on each date.
