Abstract: Developing speaking skills is one of the mostchallenging aspects of learning a foreign language, particularly forEnglish language learners (ELLs). This study explores innovativestrategies that can effectively enhance learners’ speaking abilities. Theresearch focuses on interactive methods such as task-based learning,digital tools, role-playing activities, and collaborative learningtechniques. Data were collected through classroom observations andstudent performance analysis. The findings indicate that the use ofmodern, student-centered approaches significantly improves learners’confidence, fluency, and communicative competence. These strategiesalso increase motivation and engagement among learners.
