Abstract: This dataset contains the underlying data supporting the findings of the associated manuscript investigating the effects of apolipoprotein E isoforms on polyunsaturated fatty acid and oxylipin profiles in microglia. The dataset includes the numerical data underlying the reported lipidomic analyses, as applicable. Experimental procedures and statistical analyses are described in the associated manuscript.
