OC18.05: Ultrasound features of malignant transformation of deep endometriosis: multicenter descriptive study

Abstract: 36th World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology Oral communication abstracts 78.6% and specificities 92.7-95.1%.Junior sonographers achieved AUCs of 0.846-0.909with sensitivities 64.3% and specificities 87.8-95.1%.Inter-rater kappa values were 0.911 (senior), 0.862 (midlevel), and 0.782 (junior), with senior-junior agreement ranging 0.608-0.650. Conclusions:The ResNet-50V2 model demonstrated strong performance (AUC 0.929) comparable to experienced sonographers, offering potential as a decision-support tool for less experienced practitioners in resource-limited settings.
