在宅介護に見られる高齢者虐待問題について

Abstract: This research was to consider on the opinions of care specialist on the elder abuse of home caring. Subjects were care specialists belonging to The Home Visit Nurse Station, The Home Care Support Center, and The Special Nursing Home For The Elder in Akita prefecture. The results were as follows ; (1) The care specialists' treatment experiences of the elder abuse case were about 60%. (2) They were suffering from adjustment of family relation, limits of crisis intervention, judgement of the elder abuse and limitation in offering social services. From these results, it is suggested that the institutions concerned and the related administrative organs should prepare for coping plans to the elder abuse cases.
