Restraint-Exposure History Is Associated with Behavioral Measures and Cross-Compartment NLRP3 Abundance in Rats

Abstract: This record contains version 1.0.0 of the reproducible Python analysis and figure-generation pipeline accompanying the manuscript “Restraint-Exposure History Is Associated with Behavioral Measures and Cross-Compartment NLRP3 Abundance in Rats.” The archive contains 22 custom Python scripts covering behavioral and molecular statistics, elevated plus-maze and forced-swim-test association analyses, blood–cerebrospinal-fluid cross-compartment analyses, sensitivity and robustness analyses, in-silico functional enrichment, protein–protein interaction analysis, brain-atlas contextualization, and figure and table generation. Per-animal experimental source data, derived statistical workbooks, pinned software dependencies, documentation, and data-provenance records are included. The deterministic figure and table generators use the bundled source data and resolve file paths relative to the repository root. Scripts that refresh the in-silico contextualization layer require network access and retrieve data from the Allen Human Brain Atlas, STRING v12.0, g:Profiler, and MyGene.info. Query endpoints, query dates, species, gene lists, thresholds, and processing information are recorded in the provenance sheets of the associated workbooks. No rat single-cell dataset was used. Cell-type embedding panels included in the workflow are illustrative, were generated using a fixed random seed, and are identified accordingly in the documentation and figure legends. The pipeline was developed and tested using Python 3.14. Exact package versions are pinned in requirements.txt. The source code is distributed under the MIT License. Original experimental data and documentation are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
