Abstract: This document accompanies a five-paper research programme in Organizational Phenomenology and introduces no new theoretical claims. The five papers are cumulative rather than modular: each presupposes vocabulary and results developed in its predecessors, and none is intended to function as a fully self-contained statement of the programme. This overview provides a roadmap for the series by summarizing each paper's scope, core contribution, and conceptual dependencies; indexing where the programme's principal concepts—including the F1/F2 distinction, Opacity, Participatory Transparency, Positioning, Organizational Bonds, Internal State, the E1/E2 relation, and graded organizational criteria for consciousness—are first introduced and subsequently developed; recommending alternative reading paths for different interests; and stating explicitly what the programme does not claim, including that it has solved the hard problem of consciousness, that it has been empirically validated, or that all phenomena reduce without remainder to organizational relations. Its purpose is purely orientational: to provide readers with a coherent entry point into a research programme whose concepts and arguments are distributed across multiple interconnected papers.
