AURA-T AS AN INFORMATION INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ORIENTATIVE TELE-SCREENING IN NEURODEVELOPMENT: A Quadripolar Analysis of Data, Theory, and Governance

Year: 2026
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: AURA-T is analyzed as an information infrastructure for non-diagnostic orientative tele-screening in neurodevelopment. Based on an initial municipal training and implementation experience involving 56 respondents, mostly education professionals, the study examines how dispersed developmental signs, family reports, school observations, and intersectoral demands can be organized into structured, traceable, and ethically governed information. Using the quadripolar method, the analysis articulates Information Science, digital health, neuroethics, human-centered design, technology adoption, and Brazilian legal frameworks. The findings indicate that AURA-T should not be understood as a diagnostic tool, form, or electronic health record, but as a sociotechnical infrastructure that supports human decision-making, qualifies referrals, strengthens intersectoral communication, and mediates responsible care in neurodivergent journeys.
