Asymmetrical cold strip rolling. A new analytical approach

Abstract: In this paper is given a solution of asymmetrical strip rolling problem using a Bingham type constitutive equation and the perturbation method. Rolling pressure distribution, rolling force, rolling torque, front tension, position of neutral points, which are affected by various rolling conditions are analyzed. The influence of the rolling speed on the whole process was studied using a Bingham type constitutive equation
