Abstract: This study aims to develop Assemblr EDU learning media assisted by Canva that is valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ learning motivation on the Human Digestive System topic for Grade V at UPT SDN 060817 Medan. The background of this research is based on the low learning motivation of students, evidenced by an initial diagnostic test average of 35.46 (below the minimum completeness criteria), and conventional teaching methods. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The research subjects were 26 Grade V students. Data collection instruments included motivation questionnaires (pre-post), concept comprehension tests, expert validation sheets, and SPSS statistical analysis. Instrument validity testing showed 12 out of 20 items were valid with Cronbach’s Alpha reliability = 0.843 (highly reliable). The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test showed normally distributed motivation data (Sig. pretest = 0.094; posttest = 0.200 > 0.05), and homogeneity was confirmed by Levene’s test (Sig. = 0.406 > 0.05). Concept comprehension test results showed a significant increase from pretest mean 79.38 (highest 100, lowest 40) to posttest mean 86.65 (highest 100, lowest 58). Student response (81.41%) and teacher response (86.67%). Assemblr EDU media assisted by Canva was proven feasible and effective for science learning in elementary school.
