The findings show that postgraduate students at the University of Abuja possess high ICT skills and make extensive use of EIRs, particularly the World Wide Web, electronic mail, and e-news platforms. The study concludes that there is a significant positive influence of ICT skills on the use of EIRs among the postgraduate students. The study therefore recommended that level of ICT skills among postgraduate students should be sustained. The library management should provide an enabling environment for EIR use and organize sensitization workshops to promote access and utilization of electronic resources in the academic context.
