Abstract: Oyster mushroom contains nutrients that are beneficial for the health of the human body. The community's need for oyster mushrooms continues to increase along with increasing public knowledge about the efficacy of consuming oyster mushrooms, but the production capacity to provide oyster mushrooms is still low. This opportunity can be used by the Women Farmer Group (KWT) "Orchid" by establishing an oyster mushroom cultivation business that is expected to become an oyster mushroom producer. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills to members of the KWT regarding oyster mushroom cultivation to increase their skills and income. The activity was carried out using lecture methods and the practice of making 100 baglogs and producing oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms grew in good quality with harvested ranging from 1.0 – 2.0 kg/day and sold for Rp. 20,000/kg. This activity could be carried out according to the target.
