Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of cylinder oversize modification on speed performance, fuel consumption efficiency, power, torque, and engine temperature in motorcycles. The research method employs an experimental approach by testing several oversize cylinder sizes (+0.5 mm, +1.0 mm, +1.5 mm) and comparing them with a standard engine. The test results show that the oversize cylinder increases the maximum speed from 110 km/h (standard) to 125 km/h (+1.5 mm) and reduces the 0-100 km/h acceleration time from 12.5 seconds to 10.9 seconds. However, fuel efficiency decreases from 40.0 km/l (standard) to 30.3 km/l (+1.5 mm). Dyno test results confirm an increase in engine power and torque, with the +1.5 mm oversize producing the highest power of 15.5 horsepower and torque of 12.0 Nm at 7000 RPM. On the other hand, engine temperature increases from 90°C (standard) to 98°C (+1.5 mm), indicating that the engine works harder. The conclusion of this study is that oversize cylinders are effective in improving engine performance, but the trade-offs in fuel efficiency and engine temperature stability must be considered. The +0.5 mm oversize is recommended as a balanced option between performance and efficiency. This research provides significant contributions to users and the automotive industry in understanding the impact of oversize cylinder modifications
