Abstract: Analysis scripts and derived data objects underlying every figure, table and reported statistic of the manuscript "A ferro-aging-associated transcriptomic signal in human MASLD liver: Separable from ferroptosis, inseparable from cellular senescence". Inputs are public datasets from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GSE244832, GSE289173, GSE207310, GSE193066, GSE162694, GSE135251, GSE213621; GSE202379 was evaluated and excluded). No new data were generated. Large single-cell intermediates (~15 GB of .rds) are intentionally excluded because the numbered scripts regenerate them; all small objects needed to redraw every figure are included. MANIFEST.csv lists every file with its SHA-256. Code is released under the MIT licence; derived data under CC-BY-4.0.
