Abstract: Research software for recording-context diagnostics in acoustic animal re-identification. Version 0.3.0 adds count-matched random-clip comparisons over ten fixed seeds, an independently calibrated nearest-clip open-set scorer, calibration-size sensitivity and descriptive timing controls. The original mean-profile results are retained and verified during the comparison. See the v9 evidence deposit for aggregate results and provenance. Software is Apache-2.0; manuscript and original evidence documentation are CC BY-NC 4.0; third-party terms remain separate.
