Abstract: elementary school students. The aim is to find out the feasibility, effectiveness, and practicality of flashcard based learning media on the topic of arranging numbers 1-10 to improve the achievement of Grade 1 Elementary School students. This study employed research and development (R&D) using the 4-D development model (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). The study was conducted at Giyombong Public Elementary School and Cepedak 1 Public Elementary School in the 2025/2026 academic year, with 9 students at Giyombong Public Elementary School and 19 at Cepedak Public Elementary School. Data collection techniques used were tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that responses from experts, teachers, and students were positive regarding the developed media. Media experts and material experts stated that the developed media met the criteria of "Very Valid." Based on the limited test, the student response rate was 90.00%, while the teacher response rate was 90%, with the criteria "Very Practical." The Paired Sample t-Test calculation yielded a sig level of 0.00 < 0.05, indicating that the learning media was able to improve student achievement.
