Abstract: Reproducibility package for the BioZERO evaluation. The archive contains the experiment code, compact machine-readable evidence, verification scripts, and paper table/Fig. 3 generation scripts at Git commit 53385d0c600cdb7322c61b8f4cb3e4ef84c04f47. It includes quantization experiments, Circom/Groth16 protocol benchmarks, complete-verifier gas experiments, and the seven-size CircuitCheck/Vanilla sweep. This is research benchmark code; local trusted setups, stand-in circuits, deterministic test material, and benchmark contracts are not for production deployment. Original BioZERO code is licensed under GPL-3.0-only; files and subdirectories with their own licence notices retain those terms, including the quantization component's preserved MIT notice.
