Abstract: The ability to understand mathematical concepts and dispositions is an important aspect in mathematics learning, but it still faces various challenges. The Take and Give learning model has the potential to develop both aspects through information exchange and collaborative interaction. This study aims to analyze the results of previous research on the influence of the Take and Give model on the ability to understand mathematical concepts and dispositions. The method used is a literature review by examining 15 national and international scientific articles obtained through Google Scholar, GARUDA, SINTA, and Scopus. Articles are analyzed based on objectives, theories, methods, subjects, and research results. The results of the study show that Take and Give has the potential to improve concept understanding, mathematical disposition, mathematical communication, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes. Thus, this model can be an alternative to mathematics learning that supports the development of students' cognitive and affective aspects in an integrated manner.
