Abstract: Sports technicians are one of the key elements in the supply of sports services, including those aimed for schoolchildren. The aim of this study is to find out the satisfac- tion of parents of school-age children who take part in organised sporting activities with sports technicians. We drew up a questionnaire that was designed to enable us to assess the factors determining satisfaction/dissatisfaction. The results show that a large majority are satisfied with sports technicians. One of the main factors governing satisfaction/dissatis- faction is the parents' perception of their children's enjoyment when taking part in sporting activities. We should mention that when it comes to expectations as to entry into top-class sport, this is when there is greater dissatisfaction with sports technicians.
