Abstract: Evaluation is a pivotal element in Product-Service System (PSS) development and implementation. A proper evaluation is a perceptive foundation to adequately improve PSS which leads to effective PSS development and implementation. However, the previous studies reveal a deficiency in the comprehensive evaluation method which fully supports a structured assessment for PSS from a diverse perspective and performance category. This paper systematically reviews the PSS literature to identify the required pertinent elements of PSS evaluation. As a result, a conceptual framework of comprehensive PSS evaluation is presented.
