Abstract: The document outlines a research project analyzing gastronomic marketing strategies in restaurants located in Pradera Plaza, Quito. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study evaluates quantitative and qualitative data to understand the impact of these strategies on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and competitive positioning. Key challenges identified include inconsistent service quality, insufficient marketing standardization, and high customer turnover rates. The research incorporates secondary data from institutional sources, direct observations, and primary data collection via surveys and interviews with customers and restaurant managers. It also assesses digital engagement through social media analysis. Findings highlight the importance of personalized customer experiences, digital tools, and innovative strategies, such as gamification and influencer collaborations, to enhance competitiveness. The project aims to bridge the gap between academic research and practical applications, providing actionable recommendations for improving marketing strategies, fostering customer loyalty, and promoting sustainable growth in Ecuador's gastronomic sector.
