Abstract: The article focuses on the priorities of successful innovative educational management. It is noted that modern education should prepare a person who is able to live in a dynamically changing world, to perceive its variability as an essential component of one's own way of life. Transformational processes and continuous information variability determine the introduction of a young person into a very complex system of social relations, require from him the ability to make non-standard and quick decisions. In this aspect, it is emphasized that only innovative in essence education can form a person who lives according to modern innovative laws of globalization, is a comprehensively developed, independent, self-sufficient person who is guided in life by his own knowledge and beliefs. It is emphasized that in the era of globalization and rapid development of information technologies, education is no longer just a tool for imparting knowledge, but has also become an important way of forming innovative thinking and comprehensive development. Educational managers play a vital role in this process, and innovative technologies and methods of educational management are becoming a major force behind progress in education. In this context, the importance of considering several modern and successful innovative methods and technologies of educational management, including decision-making based on data (Data driven decisions), namely personalized learning, interdisciplinary cooperation and the implementation of social-emotional learning, is determined. It is emphasized that the level of management culture is an important indicator of the level of professionalism. The defining characteristics of the level of management culture in the manager's activity are the value bases of management, models of manager behavior, and management styles. At the same time, an important role should be played by managerial abilities, which we define as a measure of the realization of managerial competencies. It is noted that an important role in the formation of a new management culture is played by the value foundations of management, which include new management thinking (life position of the manager, educational values, human values, spiritual values), new management strategy, new management technologies. Today, value orientations in the management of an educational institution are an important indicator of the level of organizational culture, the level of motivation for innovative changes in higher education, the level of organizational cohesion, and the level of educational institution development. With value management, the level of goal-setting is strengthened, which acquires a mainly motivational character, the support function increases, and the development of the creative potential of the scientific and pedagogical staff is ensured.
