This research method uses observation, documentation, and tests. This is the use of quantitative research methods. It has been found a problem in the learning process, that the teacher in delivering IPAS learning material is less interesting, and causes students to be passive. The solution of this research using the Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) model can help students understand difficult concepts, increase learning motivation and increase interaction between students.
