Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: This study empirically analyzed the impact of the servicescape of wine bars, divided into physical and social environments, on the emotional responses and place attachment of wine bar patrons. The research was conducted through a survey of 254 consumers who had visited a wine bar in the past year. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0, and the validity of the research model was verified through confirmatory factor analysis. The research hypotheses were tested using a structural equation model. The analysis revealed that both the physical and social environments of wine bars significantly influenced emotional responses and place attachment. Furthermore, a significant relationship between emotional responses and place attachment was confirmed. These research findings can be utilized as practical foundational data for wine bar operators to develop strategies aimed at enhancing customers' emotional satisfaction and place attachment. Particularly in an increasingly competitive dining industry, managing the quality of service in wine bars can be a crucial factor in customer retention and loyalty enhancement. Through this, the study contributes to a deeper understanding of how various elements of the wine bar servicescape impact customer experience, thereby aiding in the formulation of practical management strategies based on these insights.
