Abstract: ABSTRACT First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my mentor, Prof. Sandeep Sharma for their unwavering support, insightful guidance, and constructive feedback throughout the course of this research. Their encouragement and expertise have been instrumental in shaping this thesis from its inception to completion. I am also deeply thankful to the faculty members and staff of the school of business providing a stimulating academic environment and the resources necessary for conducting this study. A special thanks to all the participants who took the time to share their experiences and perspectives. Their contributions provided the essential foundation for this research and enriched the findings with valuable real-world insights.
