Abstract: The article examines the significance of project-based management in educational institutions, highlighting its key implementation challenges in the education sector. It emphasizes the crucial role of engaging school communities in projects across different levels. The study presents practical experience from a secondary school teaching team involved in innovative educational projects. Findings underscore the importance of continuing to apply project-based approaches in school development management. The paper concludes by proposing the development and implementation of a new innovative project focused on preparing future generations of engineers and technologists.
