Abstract: The electrical power generation industry is at the core of national infrastructure, demanding highly skilled professionals to manage, operate, and maintain complex power systems. With the growing integration of renewable energy sources, digital control systems, smart grids, and AIdriven automation, the traditional methods of workforce training are no longer sufcient. The need for continuous skill enhancement and on-the-job adaptability has led to the adoption of AI-based adaptive learning in training programs. AI-based adaptive learning is a form of educational technology that uses articial intelligence to deliver customized learning experiences. It adjusts the content, pace, and delivery method based on an individual learner's performance, behavior, and preferences. This approach offers a high level of engagement and retention compared to conventional training methods.
